Agreement
By accessing or using Albuktrack, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Albuktrack provides a platform where approved delivery companies manage shipments and publish tracking updates. Senders and the public may view status using tracking codes. Company accounts require administrator approval before full access.
User responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration and shipment information.
- Keep login credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
- Use the platform only for lawful logistics and tracking purposes.
- Ensure you have a lawful basis to process personal data of senders and recipients you enter into the system (including GDPR compliance for your own customers).
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
Accounts & approval
We may suspend or reject company registrations at our discretion. Sender accounts are personal and linked to email addresses on shipments. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Intellectual property
The platform, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of data you submit; you grant us a license to host and process that data to operate the service.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free tracking data. Delivery companies are responsible for the accuracy of status updates they publish.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the fees paid to us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or €100 if no fees apply, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Refunds & cancellation
Albuktrack is currently offered as a business platform; billing terms depend on your agreement with us or your delivery company partner. Unless a separate commercial contract states otherwise:
- There are no consumer subscription refunds because accounts are B2B or operational in nature.
- You may close your account by contacting support; we will delete or anonymize data per our Privacy Policy.
- Company approval may be withdrawn; access ends when an administrator rejects or suspends an account.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of Albuktrack in the European Union, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
